I found a few more old reviews snuck away on an old PC. Will try and get them posted as soon as possible. Here’s the first one – Yoshi’s Touch & Go, a charming early DS game where you control Baby Mario and Yoshi by tapping and drawing platforms on the screen.

Yes this really is a review of a game where you try and hold in a fart for as long as possible!

I loved the original FFCC on the GameCube The beautiful graphics, soothing soundtrack and co-op gameplay really struck a chord with me. I picked up this single-player only spin-off with very little hope, but ended up pleasantly surprised!

Pokemon: Heart Gold & Soul Silver review

I still remember my first taste of Pokemon – me and a friend found import copies at our local gaming store while we were at college. I got Blue, he got Red and we’ve both been hooked ever since. The release of the sequels was probably the height of my infatuation with the series, I collected the trading cards, loved the cartoons (yes, even though I was 18 at the time!), and even used a Japanese copy of Pokemon Silver to learn Japanese. It’s safe to say I couldn’t wait to try out this remake…

Tatsunoko vs Capcom review

Despite being utterly terrible at them, I do love Beat-Em-Ups, especially those from Capcom. This interesting cross-over title is hands down the best example of the genre on the Wii, not that it really has any decent competition.

Zelda is without a doubt my fave series of all time. But the last DS game, Phantom Hourglass, didn’t grab me as much as some of the other games in the series. Could this one fare any better?

Mario’s RPG adventures have always been pretty good fun, and this one is possibly the best yet! If you’ve ever wanted to know Bowser a little more intimately, this could your best chance.

Harvest Moon is still one of my favourite series ever. This Wii outing is probably my favourite since Friend’s of Mineral Town on the GBA.

MadWorld review

I’ve always preferred stylised games to those that try to replicate reality, and MadWorld is about as stylised as they come. It’s also a lot of fun!

Death Tank review

Death Tank was one of my favourite multiplayer games in my GCSE year at school – only second to Goldeneye. I couldn’t believe my luck when I stumbled upon this remake on XBLA.
